Controller: Illusion/Time/Soul Pricey Perma-PA/Shift

I was working on a build for my Ill/Time and this what I initially came up with. Illusion is a bit different from other control sets, but it can be a nice template for comparison against other controllers.

Build is likely around 10bil since I dont put an extreme focus on defense, PA will take care of most of your agro issues. I'm not entirely sold on /Soul, because I feel like the Seer is a bit retarded, not sure if the Mu Guardian is any better.

Intended to leverage Musculature to put out better damage for taking down hard targets, Reactive for its abuse with Pets, whatever judgement you want (I was thinking void for Thematic) eventually decided against Group Invis just because it caused too many random issues teaming.
