Scrapper: Fire/Shields/Pyre Ultimate Pricey

This is an extreme budget (16 Billion) Scrapper build that I use for Diesel. I just thought I'd toss it out for anyone curious as to what my build is.

Finishes with Perma-Hasten, 45% def Vs All, 2100HP, and an average of 220DPS with unsaturated AAO

-Has- to use Cardiac to keep on its feet, Rebirth to keep him up, picked Pyronic for quick spikes, can season to preference but this build is unmanageable without Cardiac. Is tough enough to tank most iTrials if you watch your Line of Sight and pop Archmage/One with the Shield at tight spots.
